Agricultural
Equipment & Technical Services Share Company invites all eligible
bidders for the supply of PABX Telephone line.
1. The
financial & Technical proposal should be submitted in a separate
wax-sealed & stamped envelope.
2. Bid
must be accompanied with 2% Bid Bond in the form of Bank guarantee
or CPO only (insurance Bond is not acceptable).
3. Bidders
should submit currently renewed trade license & registrations
certificate from Ministry of Finance.
4. Bidders
should submit registration certificate and other relevant technical
documents with their offer.
5. Bids
shall be closed on April 13, 2009 at 10:00 A.M. local time.
6. Bids
shall be opened on April 13, 2009 at 10:30 A.M. local time in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives.
7. Alternate
bids shall not be consider.
8. Locally
assembled PABX Telephone line not acceptable.
9. The
price quoted shall be firm for at least 30 days from the bid opening
date.
10. Bidder’s
can collect the detail bid document by paying non-refundable Birr
100 (One Hundred Birr).
11. A.E.T.S.S.
CO. reserves the right to accept or reject the bidding process all
or parts of the bid.
