1. The
Tender remains floating from March 09, 2009 to April 01, 2009 to
respective closing dates. Bid Documents can be obtained from ETC’s
Head Office Room No.207 and 206 during office hours upon payment of
non-refundable fee of Birr 30.00 (Thirty Birr). Bidders should
submit their renewed license and VAT Registration Certificate
(original & copies) when they come to obtain the bid document.
2. Bidders
shall furnish as part of their Bid, Bid security as follows.

3. The
Bid Security must be in either of the following form:
a)
Cash
b)
Certified cheque (CPO) issued by a recognized Bank or
c)
Bank guarantee from recognized bank.
4. Bidders
who wish to submit Bid security in the form of cash are required to
deposit to our Head office 3rd floor Room No.311 before
9:30 A.M. of the respective bid opening time and produce the receipt
during the bid opening.
5. Bidders
should prepare their offer in a wax-sealed envelope and deposit in
the box situated at ETC’s Head office 1st floor Room
No.110 in the respective closing dates and time.
6. Bids
will be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their
representative’s on the following date and time at ETC’s Head Office
Room No.111.
