1. The
Southern Nation Nationalities & Peoples Regional State Education
Bureau (SNNPREB) intends to procure Steel Boxes & Stands for 1500
units of 42 “Plasma display panel televisions for different
Secondary Schools in the region through National Competitive
Bidding (NCB) using the Regional Government submit sealed bids
for the following Tender No.
Tender No. SNNPREB 02/2009 Supply & Installation of Steel Boxes &
Stands for 1500 units of 42” Plasma display panel televisions.
Bidders may purchase a complete set of bidding documents from the
office of SNNPR Education Bureau, Room No. 60 Hawassa upon payment
of a non-refundable fee of Birr 100.00 from the first publication of
this notice on The Ethiopian Herald from 8:30 A.M. to 12:30 P.M. and
1:30 P.M. -5:30 P.M. Local time Monday to Friday.
2. Bidders
are required to submit copies of renewed trade license, VAT
registration certificate, Letter of support from Inland Revenue &
Taxpayer registration certificate and present the originals of these
documents for verification while coming to purchase the bid
documents.
3. Bids
should be accompanied by a Bid Bond (the amount of the bid bond is
attached to the instruction to bidders) any valid for 45 days in the
form of CPO or Bank Guarantee issued by any bank in Ethiopia.
4. Bidders
shall submit three envelopes, the first envelope labeled “Technical
proposal and Bid Security”, the second envelope “Financial offer”
separately sealed and should contain the copy of financial and
technical proposal.
5. Bids
will be closed on the 15th day from the first publication
of the notice on The Ethiopian Herald at 2:00 P.M. and will be opened the same date at
2:30 P.M. local time at the place
indicated in above.
6. The
Bureau reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
