contractors GC/BCS 5 and above with license valid for the year 2001
E.C Renewed registration certificate, VAT registered certificate,
Clearance given by Oromia Finance Economic and Development taxes and
bidders should also submit experience letters.
1. West
Arsi Zone Health Office invites wax-sealed bids form financially and
technically capable bidders to furnish the necessary materials,
labor and equipment for construction and completion of Nucleus
Health Center the following locations.

2. Bidding
document and additional set of document may be purchased on
submission of written application to West Arsi Zone Health office
for non-refundable fee of Birr 200(Two Hundred Birr) on working days
and hours.
3. Bidders
are requested to fill all necessary details in bidding documents and
are also instructed to fill, sign and seal each page of bid
document, failure to follow this instruction may cause automatic
rejection.
4. The
bid document shall be filled and completed in one original and two
copies and returned back in separate wax-sealed envelopes labeled”
Original” and “Copy “copy must be” machine photo Copy”
5. All
bids must be accompanied by bid security of at least 1% of bid
amount in acceptable CPO valid for 90 calendar days and must be
delivered to West Arsi Zone H/Office on or before
March 23, 2009 at 9:00 A.M
O’clock.
6. Bids
will be opened in presence of bidder or their authorized
representatives who choose to attended in the same date at 10:00
A.M. O’clock West Arsi Zone Administration Office
7. The
construction works shall be completed within a maximum of 180
calendar days from commencement of works.
8. One
Bidder purchased only one Document.
9. The
Employer reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
