4. Bid
validity; Bid shall be valid for 60 days.

Security; Guarantee; or CPO amount is mentioned in the BDS.
6. Eligibility;
Participation is open on equal terms to all natural and legal
persons, Local agents are required to present renewed trade license
receipt, VAT registration and suppliers registration certificate.
7. Pre-delivery
Service The supplier or his delegated shall undertake inspection and
servicing of the unit as stipulated in the instruction.
8. Technical
and financial proposal must be submitted separately original and
copy.
9. Bids
shall be closed on 25 May
2009 on or before
10:00 A.M.
and opened on the same date at
10;30 A.M. in front of bidders or their representatives.
10. The
bureau has the right to reject or accept all or partly of the bid if
it deemed necessary.
11. A
complete set of each bidding documents may be purchased by
interested eligible bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of
Birr 100.00.
