Invitation for the Supply of Seed
Testing Laboratory Equipment
1. The
Ethiopian Seed Enterprise (ESE) invites sealed bids from interested
eligible bidders for the supply of Seed testing laboratory
equipment.
2. A
complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested
bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 100.00 ( Birr
Hundred ) in cash.
3. All
bids valid for at least 60 days from bid opening date must be
submitted to ESE on or before
May 29, 2009 at 10:00 A.M. local
time, with bid bond of not less than 2% of the total bid price.
4. Bids
will be opened in the presence of the bidders of their
representatives who choose to attend on May 29, 2009 at 10:30 A.M Local time at ESE
Conference Hall Room No. 110.
5. ESE
reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of the bids or
waives formalities without assigning any reasons thereof further
