RE TENDER INVITATION FOR BID
TENDER NUMBER
Ethiopian
Telecommunication Corporation “ Print speed 1500 1pm, Print method
line matrix: standard connectivity standard serial, parallel,
ehternet capacity up to 250 Million characters: number of copies up
to 6-part forms paper size width 2.5 -18.9 1-255 lines power voltage
200-240 val work load at least 430,000 paper per month.
1. The
Tender remain floating from May 19, 2009 until June 7, 2099 Bid
documents can be obtained form East Addis Ababa Zone New Bright
Building 3rd Floor Room No. 306 during office hours upon
payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 30.00 Thirty Birr. Bidders
should submit their renewed original license & VAT registration
certificate with copies when they come to obtain the bid documents.
2. Bidders
shall furnish as part of their bid, a bid security of Birr, 3,000.00
(Three Thousand Birr only).
3. The
bid bond must be in either of the following form:
A)
Certified cheque (CPO)
B)
Issued by a
recognized Bank or Bank guarantee from recognized Bank.
4. Bidders
are required to deposit at
New Bright Building 3rd floor
before June 7, 2009 at 4:00 P.M and produce the receipt during the bid opening date.
5. Bidders
should prepare their offer in a wax-sealed envelope and deposit in
the box situated at ETC/EAAZ Office Room No. 306 until June 7, 2009
before 4:00 P.M.
6. Bid
will be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their
representatives at ETC/EAAZ Office Room No. 402 on June 8, 2009 at 10:00 A.M.
7. The
corporation reserves the right to reject all or part of the bids.
