Reprinting of Primary School Text
books
1. The
Somali Regional State Education Bureau has funds within the
procuring Entity’s.
2. The
Somali Regional State Education Bureau invites sealed bids from
eligible bidders for the supply and delivery of reprinting of
Primary School Textbooks.
3. Bidding
will be conducted in accordance with the open national tendering
procedures contained in the Public Procurement of the Government of
the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and is open to all
bidders from eligible source countries.
4. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the
bidding documents at the office of Somali Regional State Education
Bureau, Administration and Finance Service, P.O. Box 210(025)77 20
69/77 53 585/75 35 86, Fax (025) 775 35 24, Jijiga, Ethiopia.
5. A
complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by
interested bidders from the above and upon payment of a
non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 200.00 on presentation of
license, VAT registration and its tax clearance certificate.
6. Bids
must be delivered to the above office at or before 9:00 A.M on 20/05/2009. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of total bid
amount in the form of C.P.O or Bank Guarantee. Late bid shall be
rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the
bidders/representatives who choose to attend at the office of
Administration and Finance on 20th day of May 2009 at
8:00 A.M.
7. The
Bureau reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
