RE-INVITATION FOR BID
Shasemene City
Administration now invites sealed bids from qualified and eligible
bidders to provide their offer for consultancy of Road and Drainage
construction works.
Therefore
A.
Consultants owning grade 3 and above can submit their
document.
B.
Bidders who can provide license renewed for year 2001 E.C.
VAT Registration certificate, Recent Tax clearance from inland
revenue Authority will be invited.
C.
Bid issued form Finance and Economic Dev’t office against
payment of non-refundable Birr 400 at Inland Revenue
Authority.
D.
Bidders shall prepare and sub meet bid proposal in Two copies
(One Original and Photo Copy) of the document.
E.
Bidder who can bring letters concerning his best performance
will be more appreciated.
F.
Bid must be accompanied by 1% security in the form of
certified check or CPO or bank guarantee.
G.
Bid proposal shall be submitted on/before 30 days after
announcement on mass media.
H.
The bid box will be closed at 10:00 A.M. and opened
at 2:00 P.M. on the same date if on working days or on the 1st
coming date of week end or holiday at the presence of bidders or
their legal representatives.
I.
Bids reply shall be put in to the tender box prepared for
this purpose at Finance & Economic Dev’t office.
J.
The office has right to accept or reject any or all bids
fully or partially.
