The Emergency
Relief Transport Enterprise (E.R.T.E) invites qualified and eligible
bidder for the supply of Very High Frequency (V.H.F) Communication
Radio with its accessories.
1. Interested
bidder who have relevant renewed license for the current year, VAT
registration evidence and registration certificate from Ministry of
Finance and Economic Development for which they are registered on
the suppliers list to submit their proposal.
2. A
complete set of bid document can be purchased by interested bidders
form Enterprise Head office located at Kality in front of NOC Fuel
Station up on payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 100.00 (One
Hundred Birr).
3.
All bids must be accompanied by a bid security not less than
2% of total bid offer in the form of CPO or Bank guarantee along
with their offer.
4. Bids
will be closed on June 4, 2009 at 4:00 P.M. and will be open to
June 5, 2009 at 10:00 A.M. on the Enterprise Head Office in the presence of bidder or their
representatives.
5. ERTE
reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
