Ethiopian
Chamber of Commerce and Sectoral Association (ECCSA) invites sealed
bids from qualified and eligible bidders for roof treatment work.
Details of
the work:
1.
Quantity of work M2 =735M2
2. Removing
the existing damaged water proofing material including the cement
screed.
3. Discard
all scrap materials away from the site, to legally permitted waste
site.
4. Apply
3cm thick cement sand screed with the ratio of (1:3) by keeping the
slop towards the down pipe.
5. Apply
torch seal membrane 4mm thickness or its equivalent which has a
graranty certificate for a minimum of 10 years.
6. Delivery
time and validity of the material should be written along with this
bill of quantity.
7. Bidders
shall prepare and submit bid proposal in two copies One “ORIGINAL “
AND ONE “PHOTO COPY” of the document.
8. Bidder
who can bring letters concerning his best practice will be more
appreciated.
9. Bid
must be accompanied by 1% of the total maintenance cost by the form
of Cash or CPO.
10. Bid
proposal shall be submitted on before May 20, 2009, 12:00 A.M. The bid will be
opened at 2:30 P.M on the same day in the presence of bidders or
their legal representatives in Room No. 18.
11. ECCSA
reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids fully or
partially.
