1. The
Federal HIV/AID Prevention & Control Office has fund to be used for
the procurement of:
90 units of motor cycles
2. Bidders
should provide copies of relevant and valid trade license as well as
registration certificate.
3. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the
bidding documents at HAPCO Procurement Section, Dembel City Center, 9th
floor, Bole Road, Tel. 0115-51 98 31 Fax. 0115-50 33 95.
4. A
complete set of bidding document may be purchased by any interested
bidder upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 100 (One
Hundred).
5. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security of not less than 2% of
the total bid price in the form of CPO, certified cheque, or a bank
guarantee and must be delivered to the above address on or before
10:00 A.M. June 8, 2009.
6. Bids
will be opened in the presence of bidders/representatives who choose
to attend at 10:00 A.M. on June 9, 2009 at the conference room of HAPCO. Late bids will be rejected.
7. HAPCO
reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
