Construction of Condominium Building
at Gullele
Procurement
1. The
Gullele Botanic Garden Project Office has funds with in the
Employer’s budget to be used for the procurement of Construction
Service of Condominium
Building at Gullele.
2. The
Gullele Botanic Garden Project Office invites sealed bids from
eligible bidders for the provision of Construction Service of
Condominium Building at Gullele.
3. Bidding
will be conducted in accordance with the open national tendering
procedures contained in the Public Procurement Proclamation of the
Federal Government of Ethiopia and is open to all bidders from
eligible source countries.
4. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from Gullele Botanic
Garden Project Office and inspect the bidding documents at the
address given below at 7(a) from May20,2009 at working hour (8:30
A.M – 5:00 P.M).
5. A
complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by
interested bidders at the address below at 7(b) and upon payment of
a non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 500. The method of payment
will be by cash.
6. Bids
must be delivered to the address below at 7(c) at or before June
2,2009 at 2:00P.M.
All bids must be accompanied by a bid
security of Ethiopian Birr 100,000. Late bids shall be rejected.
Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders/ representative
who choose to attend at the address below at 7(d) at June 2,2009 at 3:00 P.M.

The project is divided into the following lots:
Lot 1- Condominium Building Block A4,A6,B5 and B6
Lot 2- Condominium Building Block A3,A5,B3 and B4
Lot 3- Condominium Building Block A1,A2,B1 and B2
(All Block ‘A’ buildings are G+3 and
all Block ‘B’ buildings are G+2)
9. The
following class of contractors are allowed to participate in the
bid:
Class GC/BC 4 &
above can participate in one Lot only
Class GC/BC 2 & above Contractors can participate in one or two
lots.
Class GC/BC 1 or GC/BC 2 Contractors can participate in one, two or
three lots.
10. Gullele
Botanic Garden Project Office reserve the right to accept or reject
any or all of the bids |
