Re-Invitation For BID

Oromia Roads Construction Enterprise (ORCE) now re-invites sealed bids from qualified & eligible bidders to provide their offer for the supply of the following grades of lubricants.

1.      15W-40 (CI-4)

2.      15W-40 (CH-4)

3.      Hydraulic Oil BLV

4.      SAE 80W-140

5.      MF PERMATRAN III

6.      SAE 80W-90

7.      SAE 85W-90

8.      Coolant

There fore:

1.      Bidders who can provide Trade License renewed for 2001 E.C, Recent Tax Clearance from Inland Revenue Authority or Concerned Bureaus, Registration Certificate from the Ministry of Finance & Economic Development, for which they are listed on suppliers List and VAT Registration Certificate from the concerned Authority can participate for the BID.

2.      Upon submission of a written application together with documents listed under No. 1 above a complete set of bidding documents can be purchased from ORCE’s Procurement Branch Office No. 33 (7^th  floor) against non-refundable payment of Birr 100 starting from the first appearance of this notice.

3.      Bidders shall prepare and submit bid proposal in two copies (ONE “ORIGINAL” & ONE “PHOTOCOPY”) of the bid document in accordance with the following volume sealed separately.

Volume I . Technical Proposal (One original & one photocopy of the original Sealed Separately)

Volume II Financial Proposal (one original & one photocopy of the original sealed separately)

4.      All bids must be accompanied by the bid security of an amount of Birr 60,000 in the form of certified check or CPO or Bank Guarantee only.

5.      Bid Proposal (both Technical & Financial Proposal) shall be submitted on/before on June 2,2009 at 3:00P.M Late bid submitted after the deadline will be rejected.

6.      Technical Proposal will be opened on June 2,2009 at 3:30 P.M & Financial Proposal of Technically qualified bidders will be opened after 10 days from the opening date of Technical Proposal, i.e. June 12,2009 at 3:30 P.M in the presence of bidders/ representatives who may choose to attend the opening ceremony in the Authority’s office room No. 33, 7^th floor.

7.      The Enterprise has the right to accept or reject any or all bids fully or partially
