The USAID/DELIVER PROJECT invites
sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply, delivery, and
installation of Dixon
type shelves for various Ministry of Health hospital and health
center storerooms in
the following locations:
[1]. Oromia Region (4 hospitals, 19
Health Centers; 325
shelves);
[2]. Tigray Region (1 hospital, 4 Health Center; 67 shelves);
[3]. Amhara Region (1 hospital, 5 Health Center, 44
shelves);
[4]. Harari Region (2 Health Centers; 26 shelves);
[5]. SNNP Region (1 hospital, 8Health Centers; 74 shelves);
and
[6].Other locations (114 shelves).
Total = 45 + health facilities and
650 shelves.
1. Interested
bidders shall pick up a bidder’s packet as soon as possible and no
later than Friday, May 29,2009 from the address listed below. Each
bidder’s packet obtained will require a non-refundable payment of
ETB 100.
2. While
bidders may bid on parts of the total packet above, the client’s
goal is to award the entire packet to a single bidder.
3. The
bid packet will include options with and without delivery and
installation at the various sites, and bidders will be expected to
provide bids on both options.
4. Bidders
must provide valid EC 2001 business license when picking up a bid
packet.
5. Final
bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope no later than Thursday,
June 11 at 5:00 P.M.
6. If
other selection criteria are satisfied, bidders may be asked to
complete and provide a sample shelf between the delivery of their
sealed bid and final selection. Details of this process will be
included in the bid packets.
7. The
USAID/DELIVER PROJECT reserves the right to accept or reject any or
all bids.
