The USAID/DELIVER PROJECT invites
sealed bids from eligible bidders for the manufacture, delivery,
and installation of warehouse/storeroom industrial style shelving
in the following locations:
[1]. Oromia Region (4 hospitals; 93
shelves);
[2]. Tigray Region (1 hospitals; 26 shelves);
[3]. Amhara Region (6 hospital; 94 shelves);
[4]. Harari Region (1 hospital; 25 shelves);
[5]. SNNP Region (1 hospital; 25 shelves);
a. Interested
bidders shall pick up bidders packt(s) for one or more of the five
major bid packets noted above as soon as possible and no later than
Friday, May 29,2009 from the address listed below. Each major
bidder’s packet obtained will require a non-refundable payment of
ETB 25 (maximum of B125).
b. Bidders
may bid on one, two, three, four or all five of the major bid
packets noted above.
c. Each
Regional (major) bid packet will also be split in to smaller ‘site’
groups.
d. Bidders
must provide valid EC 2001 business license when picking up bid
packet(s).
e. Final
bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope no later than Thursday,
June 11 at 5:00 P.M.
If other selection criteria are
satisfied, bidders will be asked to complete and provide a sample
shelf between the delivery of their sealed bid and final selection.
Details of this process will be included in the bid packets.
The USAID/DELIVER PROJECT reserves
the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
