1. The
Oromia Technical & Vocational, Educational & Training Agency (OTVETA)
intends to procure Educational Training Materials for different TVET
Colleges & Institutes using Government Budget. Hence, the Agency
hereby invites all eligible bidders to submit sealed bids for the
supply of Training Equipments, Machines & Tools.
2. Local
bidders and local agents are required to submit documentary evidence
which shows the renewal of their trade license for the current year
receipt for the payment of inland revenue and other government taxes
and also evidence of registration in the suppliers list and VAT
registration.
3. Bidders
may purchase a complete set of bidding documents from the office of
the Oromia Technical & Vocational, Educational & Training, Nefas Silk Sub-City, Kebele 10 Room
No.7, Tel. 011-442 61 48, 011-440 66 81 upon payment of a
non-refundable fee of Birr 100.00 from the first publication of this
notice on The Ethiopian Herald from 8:30 A.M. to 12:30 P.M. and 1:30
P.M. to 5:30 P.M. Monday to Friday.
4. Bids
should be accompanied by a Bid Bond of 1% (One Percent) of the bid
offer amount in CPO or an Bank-Guarantee, guaranteed by any Bank in
Ethiopia.
5. Bids
should be received on or before May 30, 2009 before or at 10:00 A.M. and bids will be opened on the same date at
10:30 A.M. at the place indicated in
3 above.
6. The
Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
