Ethiopia (CDSE) a local NGO, in collaboration with German Agro
Action (Welthungerhilfe) and international NGO wants to invite
all interested and eligible bidders to construct 6 (Six) shallow
wells for the project to be implemented in Sodo Millennium village
in Becho Worda, South West Shoa Zone, Oromiya Region for Sodo MDG
Initiative project funded by German Agro Action (Welthungerhilfe)
A complete set of tendering documents
in English may be purchased by interested and eligible bidders upon
submission of a written application to the address below and upon
payment of a non-refundable fee of 100.00 ETB (One Hundred Birr
only). The methods of payment will be in cash. All bidders shall
provide the following legal documents original and copies of:
1.
Trade License for well drilling defining the legal status
with renewal for the year under consideration.
2.
VAT Registration and Tax Payer Registration certificate with
tin number
3.
Registration Certificate
Bid documents can be obtained from
German Agro Action (Welthungerhilfe), located at Bole road in
from of DH Geda Tower 100m from the main road, in Bole sub city
Keble 03/05 during office hours within 10 consecutive days starting
from 1st date of notification of this advertisement on
The Ethiopian Herald.
All bids must be accompanied by a 2%
of bid bond in the form of CPO. The bid shall be wax-sealed and
vividly marked bid for shallow well construction/drilling. All
bids for shallow well construction should be inserted in the bid box
placed in German Agro Action (Welthungerhilfe), in Bole read
in front of DH Geda Tour 100m from the main read, in Bile Sub city
Keble 03/05 which will be opened on June 2, 2009 at 10:00 A.M in the
presence of bidders or their duly authorized representatives, if the
12th date is a week end/holiday, it will be held on the
next working day at same time. Bidders are requested to fulfill all
the necessary details in the bid documents. Community Development
service Ethiopia (CDSE) reserves the right to fully or partially
