The Ethiopian Pharmaceuticals
Manufacturing SH. CO. “EPHARM” invites interested bidders to submit
their sealed bids for “Compound Concrete Pavement.”
1. Interested
eligible bidders can collect tender documents from the Company Head
Office, Purchasing Division against non-refundable cash
payment of Birr 30.00 during office hours.
2. A
bid bond of 2% of the total bid amount is required to qualify for
the tender. Wax-sealed envelope marked “Bid for Tender No. Epharm
03/01” should be deposited in the tender box at Ethiopian
Pharmaceuticals Manufacturing SH. CO. or should arrive through mail
before June 18, 2009 at 10:00 A.M. Local Time.
3. Bid
will be closed on June 08, 2009 at 10:00 A.M. local time and will be opened
June 18, 2009 at 10:30 A.M. local time in the presence of interested bidders or their
representatives.
4. EPHARM
reserves the right to accept or reject any Bid and to annual the
bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of
contract with out thereby incurring any liability to the affected
bidders or bidders or any obligation to inform the affected bidder
or bidders of the ground of the Company’s action.
