Invitation for consultancy service
The Ethiopian Red Cross Society (ERCS)
invites sealed bid from eligible, qualified and interested firms
with license valid for the current year 2001 E.C. to undertake a
Vulerability Capacity Assessment for the Human Pandemic Preparedness
Project to be started in three sites, namely Addis Ababa, East Shoa
and Sidama.
1. Interested
eligible bidders can purchase the bid document against a
non-refundable payment of 100.00 Birr from Ethiopian Red Cross
Society, Head Quarter at Addis Ababa, near the National Stadium.
2. Bidders
should submit sealed their company profile, license and experience
in the field
3. Interested
bidders should submit sealed bids to ERCS, Head Quarter Purchasing
Division.
4. All
bids must be accompanied by a security of 1% of the total bid amount
in certified cheque (CPO).
5. Bids
must be delivered in 10 working days of this announcement on
National News Paper.
6. Bid
will be closed on the 10th working date at 12:00 A.M
local time and will be opened the same day in the presence of
interested bidders or their legal representatives at 2:00 P.M local
time at ERCS HQ.
