1. The
Ethiopian Electric Power Corporation (EEPCO) has allocated a budget
to wards the cost of preservative chemicals for the preservation of
wooden poles for power distribution liens with ground contact use.
2. The
Ethiopian Electric Power Corporation (EEOCO) now invites all
interested and eligible bidders for the (manufacture and supply of
the following Materials.
1. Preservation
chemical for Preservation of Wooden pole for power distribution lien
with ground contract use.

4. The
bid document shall be available from May 29, 2009 on wards against payment receipt of non-refundable fee of ETH Birr
500.00 from the Foreign Procurement Division from the above stated
Address.
5. All
bids must be accompanied by bid security as specified in the Bid
data sheet in the currency of the bid or in another freely
convertible currency or equivalent amount in Birr and must be
delivered to the address above at or before 11:30 AM hours on July
13, 2009.
6. The
Bidders should submit complete offer for all the sub-items under the
main item. Incomplete offer will result in rejection of the offer.
7. Bids
will be opened on July 13, 2009 at 2:00 P.M. hours in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who
choose to attend the bid opening to the held at Mexico Square EEPCO
Electric Club, Addis Ababa,
Ethiopia.
The Ethiopian Electric Power
Corporation reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
