Sales of TOYOTA Spare Parts and
YAMAHA Spare Parts German Leprosy & TB Relief Association would like
to sell by closed auction low mentioned
TOYOTA Spare parts and YAMAHA Spare
parts.
Conditions and procedures
1. The
tender remains floating from date of first announcement in newspaper
until June 19, 2009.
2. The
Auction winner/buyer will be responsible to pay all Taxes, custom
duties and any other charges of a public nature assessed by the
Government of Ethiopia and must be paid to the Government of
Ethiopia when assessed. GLTRA bears no responsibility for these
charges in any manner.
3. The
opening of the auction will take place on June 19,2009 at 01:00 P.M at GlRA Head Office in the presence of interested bidders or their
legal representatives.
4. Everybody
interested can bid for all parts or for a single lot and submit
their bid in a sealed envelope until June 19, 2009 at 12:00 A.M at our Head Office located at ALERT Compound.
5. Spare
Parts for auction can be inspected during working hours from May
25,2009 until June 19,2009 at 12:00 AM, at the GLRA
Compound.
6. Each
bidder has to deposit 10% of the offered bid amount by the name of
GLRA, as a bid bond, by CPO cheque, which will be deducted from the
sale’s price of the bid winner.
7. Full
payment, sales agreement, tax and duties must be done with in 20
days after the auction day. Handover of the Spare Parts will be
after above mentioned formalities are fulfilled.
8. All
Spare parts are sold at present condition “AS IS- WHERE IS” basis
with no guarantee or warranty given as to condition or usability.
9. The
bid bond will not be refunded if the auction winner doesn’t fulfill
all mentioned conditions or rejects to pay within a period of 20
days after auction opening day. (Will result in forfeiture of the
bid deposit).
10. The
deposit for the non-winners will be refunded two days after opening
of the auction
11. Details
for all auctioned Spare parts are available at GLRA Head Office.
12. Bid
documents will be sold at the GLRA Office to interested bidders for
a non-refundable fee of ETB 150.00 (One Hundred Fifty).
13. Anybody
who does not agree with the above mentioned conditions and
procedures shall not bid.
14. GLRA-
Ethiopia has the right to reject any or all bids without any reason.
