1. Oromia
Health Bureau obtained a budget from the Italian Cooperation and
would like to procure heavy-duty Photocopier for Health Institutions
towards the cost of Health Sector Development Program (HSDP). It is
intended that part of the Proceeds of this budget will be applied to
eligible payments under the contract for the procurement of
Heavy-duty Photocopiers (2) Health Bureau.
2. The
Oromia Health Bureau now invites wax-sealed bids from eligible
bidders for the supply of Heavy-duty Photocopier for Health Bureau.
3. Bidders
should have renewed trade license for 2001 E.C Suppliers list
registration certificate from Ministry of Finance & Economic
Development, VAT, TIN registration certificate & other supporting
letter/s concerning whether they have paid the taxations for
Government and have to bring these requirement/s while purchasing
this tender document and when submitting their Bid or offer also.
4. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from the office of

5. A
complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested
bidders on submission of a written application to the above
mentioned office and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr
50.00 (Fifty Birr only) starting from the date of the first day of
floating the Newspaper Up to the last day of before the closing
date.
6. Bids
must be delivered to the office of Procurement Service, Oromia
Health Bureau on or before 3:00 P.M in the afternoon on date
3/10/2001 (10/06/2009) and must be accompanied by a security of not
less than 1% of the Bid amount in the form of CPO or Unconditional
Bank Guarantee not less than 148 days for the Bid Security that
shall remain valid for a period from a reputable Bank.
7. Bids
will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representative’s
(Those who have a written representative’s from their organization
to participate on the bid opening ceremony) who choose to attend at
3:30 P.M. in the afternoon on 3/10/2001 (10/06/2009) at the office
of Procurement Service, Oromia Health Bureau, Room No.39 Finfinnee,
Ethiopia.
8. The
Bureau reserves the right to reject or accept partially or fully.
