Tigray Bureau of Capacity Building
invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for procurement of
different IT Equipment with Accessories.

the government of National State of Tigray /twenty woredas/.
3. Source
of Found public sector capacity building support project/PSCAP.
4. Bid
validity Bid shall be valid for 60 days.
5. Bid
Security A Bank Guarantee or CPO amount is mentioned in the BDS
6. Eligibility
Participation is open on equal terms to all natural and Legal
persons. Bidders are required to percent renewed trade license
receipt, VAT registration and Suppliers registration certificate.
7. Technical
and financial proposal must be submitted separately original and
copy.
8. Bids
shall be closed on 15 June 2009 on or before 10:00 A.M and opened on the same date at
10:30 A.M in front of bidders or their representatives.
9. The
bureau has the right to reject or accept all or partially of the bid
if it deemed necessary.
10. A
complete set of each bidding documents may be purchased by
interested eligible bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of
Birr 150.00.

Bids are to be delivered in sealed envelopes to Tigray Bureau of
Capacity Building Procurement and Finance Administration.
