Invitation To Bid
National Bank of Ethiopia invites
eligible bidders for the supply, installation, testing and
commissioning of two 5 KVA UPS, One 6KVA UPS, Seven 10 KVA UPS
and Six 15 KVA UPS.
1. Interested
Bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding
documents at the administrative Services Department of NBE Tel.
0115175177, Addis Ababa.
2. Bidders
must obtain documents against non-refundable payment of Birr 50.00
from National Bank of Ethiopia, Administrative Services Department
6th floor new building.
3. All
bid documents must be accompanied by the bank guarantee or C.P.O. of
2% of the bid offer.
4. Bidders
are required to produces certificate of renewed license, VAT
registered certificate, Trade license and Ministry of Finance
License.
5. The
bid documents must be submitted in wax-sealed envelope by stating
the type of the item for as a mark.
6. Bid
closing date shall be on June 10,2009 at 4:00 P.M and bid opening date shall be on
June 11, 2009 at 10:00 P.M at the 6th floor of the new building in the presence of interested
bidders or their representatives.
7. National
Bank of Ethiopia reserves the right to accept or reject any of all
bids.
