National Tobacco Enterprise (Eth) S
Co. invites all interested bidders for the supply of 18,637 Kgs of
Tipping Attachment Glue and 590,753 Kgs of Mono Acetate Tow.
Detailed tender document can be
obtained from Supply Department upon non-refundable payment of 50
Birr for Tipping Attachment Glue and 100 Birr for Mono Acetate Tow
during office hours.
Agents should provide letter of
Authorization from principles, VAT and tax payers registration
certificate from Federal Ministry of Revenue, renewed license for
the year 2001 E.C and supplies agent registration certificate from
Federal Ministry of Finance. A copy of license and registration
certificates should be presented upon purchase of tender document.
One local agent, for one and the same item, should represent only
one principal. Offers submitted by a local agent representing more
than one principal will be automatically rejected.
Bidders are strictly recommended to
adhere the terms and conditions set in the tender document.
Bids should be deposited in the safe
box located at NTE (Eth.) S.Co. archive office in sealed envelope on
or before June 26,2009 at 10:15 A.M (Local Time) for
Mono Acetate Tow the bid will be opened on the same date at 10:30
A.M (Local Time) in the presence of bidders or their representatives
in the company conference room.
NTE (Eth.) S. Co. reserves the right
to accept or reject bid.
