2. The
Construction Design Share Company invites sealed bids from eligible
bidders for the supply and delivery of the above listed goods.
3. Bidding
will be conducted in accordance with Open National Tendering
Procedure and it is open to all eligible bidders.
4. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from the
Construction Design Share Company and inspect the bidding documents
at the address given below at 7(a) from 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.
5. A
complete Set of bidding documents may be purchased at the address
given below at 7(a) as of June 1, 2009 by interested eligible
bidders upon submission of renewed trading license for the year
2001, tax payer registration certificate, tax clearance & VAT
registration certificate and a payment of a non-refundable fee of
Eth. Birr 50 for each bid document.
6. Bid
must be delivered to the address below at 7(c) at or before 10:00 AM on the respective dates listed hereunder.

c) Bids
must be delivered to: Construction Design Share Company’s Tender
Hall, 3rd Floor Room No.128).

of Bid Opening: Construction Design Share Company Tender Hall, 3rd
floor Room No.128 at 10:30 A.M. on the date mentioned
herein above at (6) for each item.
e) The
Bidders are instructed to submit all bid documents in five inner
envelopes i.e. the (Technical Proposal, Financial Offer, and Bid
Security) and one outer envelope, duly marking the inner envelopes
as “ORIGIONAL” and “COPIES” both for the “The Technical Proposal”
and “Financial Offers.”
8. Bidders
have the option to bid for one or more Lots. Each Lot will be
treated separately.
9. The
Construction Design Share Company has the right to reject any or all
bids.
Bidders are instructed to fill, sign
& Seal all forms of ITB and return with the bid document.
Bidder’s should sing and seal the bid
document.
