Invitation for Re-Bid
1. Oromia
Health Bureau obtained a budget for the Regional Government would
like to procure, Standard Table for Regional Health Bureau towards
the cost of Health Sector Development Program. It is intended that
part of the Proceeds of this budget will be applied to eligible
payments under the contract for the procurement of Standard Table
for Regional Health Bureau in Local Competitive Bid.
2. The
Oromia Health Bureau now invites wax-sealed bids from eligible
bidders for the supply of Standard Table for Regional Health Bureau.
3. Bidders
should have renewed trade license for 2001 E.C. Suppliers list
registration certificate from Ministry of Finance & Economic
Development, VAT TIN registration certificate & other supporting
letter/s concerning whether they have paid the taxations for
Government and have to bring these requirements while purchasing
this tender document and when submitting their offer also.
4. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from at the office
of Procurement Service, Oromia Health Bureau Room No.39 P.O. Box
24341, Kirkos Sub-City Kebele 19./34 around Urael Church Throuhg
Tele Medehanialem on Bole Road Tel. 011-551 08 08 Ext. 228 or
011-553 01 71, Fax. 011-553 36 29, Finance, Ethiopia.
5. A
complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested
bidders on, submission of a written application to the above
mentioned office and upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr
50.00 (Birr Fifty only).
6. Bids
must be delivered to office of procurement Service, Oromia Health
Bureau on or before 3;)0 P.M. in the afternoon on date 15/6/09 or
8/10/01 E.C. and must be accompanied by a security of not less 1% of
the Bid Amount freely convertible in the form of CPO or
Unconditional Bank Guarantee from a reputable Bank.
7. Bids
will be opened in the presence of bidder’s or their representatives
(Those who have a written representative’s from the their
organization to participate on the bid opening ceremony) who choose
to attend at 3:30 P.M. in the afternoon on 15/6/09 or 8/10/01 E.C.
at the office of Procurement Service, Oromia Health Bureau, Room No.
39, Finance, Ethiopia.
8. The
Bureau reserves the right to reject or accept partially or fully.
