2. Bidders
are required to submit of their business license, VAT registration
certificate and Tin certificate renewed for the current fiscal year.
3. Bidders
should provide one original and their copies “Technical” and “
Financial” documents separately in a wax-sealed envelope and deposit
in the box at procurement and Supply Department Maintenance center
office No. 107 on or before June 1, 2009 at 10:00 A.M
4. Bids
shall be closed on June 1, 2009 at 10:00 and shall be opened on June
1, 2009 A.M. in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives at
building block No. 1 meeting Hall No. 102, late bids late bids will
be rejected.
5. Alternate
bids shall not be consider.
6. The
price quoted shall be firm for at least 45 days from the bid opening
date.
7. Bid
must be accompanied by bid security of 2% of the bid Value in the
form of cash (CPO) & must be delivered to the company’s building
block No. 1 Meeting Hall No. 102 at time opening.
8. Bidders
can collect the detail bid document from the company’s procurement
and Supply Department Maintenance center office No. 110 by paying
non-refundable Birr 100(One Hundred Birr only).
9. Partial
bid is allowed.
10. All
bids must be delivered to the address below.
