The Somali Regional State livestock Crop &
Rural Development Bureau invites eligible bidders to participate in
the procurement of hand tools for food security department under
the following terms and condition
1. The
bid document shall be obtained from OCRDB general service office
against payment of non-refundable Birr100 (Hundred) during office
hours form the date of announcement.
2. Bid
must be accompanied by a bid bond of 2% of the total bid price in
the form of CPO.
3. Bid
document shall be submitted in two sealed separate envelopes i.e
technical & financial proposal with their copies for each.
4. Bid
bond renewed trade license supplier list tax payers certificate and
other pertinent documents shall be submitted with technical proposal
envelopes.
5. The
bid document shall be purchased from the date of announcement up to
15 consecutive days.
6. Bid
will be closed on the 15th day at 9:30 A.M. & technical proposal opened on the same date at
11:30A.M. in the presence of the
bidders or their representatives.
7. The
LCRDB reserves the right either to accept or reject all or parts of
the bid.
