Invitation To Bid for the Design and
Material Supply of
LLIN Production Factory
1. Admi-Tulu
Pesticides Processing Sh.Co. is desirous of engaging a contractor
for the design and material supply of LLIN production factory.
2. ATTP
Sh. Co. now invites eligible bidders of local contractors GC/BC
class 3 and above or equivalent foreign bidders with
representatives in Ethiopia for design and material supply of LLIN
production factory (steel structure for super structure only).
3. A
complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by any interested
eligible bidder at working hours 8:00 A.M – 16:30 P.M starting from
June 3,2009 on submission of WRITTEN APPLICATION, VAT REGISTRATION
CERTIFICATE, TRADE LICENSE & BID PARTICIPATION SUPPORTING LETTER to
the office:- Construction Design Share Company, Building Business
Unit-3, Block No. 10, P.O. Box 40036, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, Tel.
0114403368 Or 0114420800 Ext. 259, 114, Fax 251-11-4400621), and
upon payment of non-refundable fee of Eth. Birr 736.00 /Seven
Hundred Thirty Six/.
4. Bidders
May obtain further information from and inspect the bidding
documents at the, above address.
5. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Birr 60,000.00 /Sixty
Thousand/ or equivalent amount in a acceptable form expressed in a
freely convertible currency, payable to the Employer on first demand
with out any contestation whatsoever, and must be submitted on or
before 10:00 A.M on the 17th, August, 2009 at the address
of: Construction Design Share Company, Tender Hall, 3rd floor Room
No. 28.
6. Bids
will be opened on the 17th, August, 2009 at 10:30 AM at
the address above at (5).
7. The
Bidders are instructed to submit all copies of the Bid in five inner
envelopes i.e. the (Technical Proposal, Financial Offer, and Bid
Security) and one outer envelope, duly making the inner envelopes as
“ORGINAL” and “COPIES” both for the “The Technical Proposal” and
“Financial Offer”.
8. Bids
submitted by envelope shall be registered and marked as outlined in
the instructions to Bids.
9. The
Admi-Tulu Pesticides Prosticides Processing Sh. Co. reserves the
right to reject any or all bids and also to modify the bid
requirement.
