Class 7 and 6 with license valid for the current Physical year.
1. The
ANRS Education Bureau now invites sealed Bids from eligible bidders
for furnishing of necessary labor, materials & equipment for the
construction and completion of Fenoteselam and kemisie Teacher’s
Education College Temporary Building (GC/BC 6 and above).
2. Additional
two block building at Debre Tabor Teacher Education College
(GC/BC Class 7 and above).
3. A
Complete set of Bidding documents of Fenoteselam, Kemisie &
Debretabor may be purchased by any interested eligible bidder up on
the submission of written application to ANRS Education Bureau.
Starting from May 30,2009 and up on payment of non-refundable fee
200 Birr for item No. 24 (For Fenoteselam and Kemisie) & 100 Birr
for item No. 3 (Debretabor).
4. All
Bids must be submitted based on the free market price indicated in
the addresses below. Materials price must be submitted attached with
the Bid document.
5. The
construction work shall be completed with in a maximum of 90
calendar days for Debretabor & 135 calendar days for Fenoteselam and
Kemisie.
6. All
Bids must be accompanied by a bid security, in the form of Bank
Guarantee or CPO of 1% of the bid amount, and must be delivered to
ANRS education Bureau;
7. All
Bids will be opened at ANRS Education bureau on June 18,2009 at 2:30
P.M first floor room 106.
8. Rejection
Criteria:-The client will reject the Bidder whose Bid does not
fulfill the following conditions.
8.1.
Bidders should present currently renewed Trade License &
renewed Registration Certificate, VAT Registered certificate, and
Tax payer Registered Certificate.
8.2.
Bidders should complete the Bid form and the appropriate
price schedule.
8.3.
The original & copy of the Bid shall be signed and sealed in
all pages by the Bidder.
8.4.
Bidders should submit one original & one copy envelopes of
the Bid.
9. The
employers reserve the right to reject any or all bids.
