RE-INVITATION TO TENDER
1. The
Ethiopian Airports Enterprise invites eligible forms for furnishing
the necessary labor, materials, equipment and services necessary to
operate manage and maintain vehicle parking lots and associated
equipment and systems at the Addis Ababa Bole International Airport
as per the details in the tender document.
2. All
bidders should have a VAT registration and renewed trade license
certificate.
3. A
complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested
bidder upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 200.00 (Two
Hundred Birr) from Ethiopian Airports Enterprise Head Office,
Finance Service, and Cahier Office near previous Gerji Customs
Office.
4. Interested

5. Sealed
envelopes containing an original and copy Technical and Financial
documents should be delivered to the Purchasing Team on June 25,
2009 up to 10:00 A.M. Late bids will be rejected.
6. The
Technical envelopes shall be submitted as follows:
6.1 The original and copy of the
Technical document shall be sealed in separate envelopes and marked
“Original Technical Document” and “Copy of Technical Document.”
6.2 The Bid security shall be sealed
in a separate envelope marked “Bid Security”.
6.3 The envelopes in 6.1 and 6.2
shall be sealed in an outer envelope marked “Technical Document.”
7. The
financial envelopes shall be submitted as follows:
The original and a copy of the
financial document shall be sealed in separate envelopes and marked
“Original Financial Document” and “Copy of Financial Document”
respectively. The envelopes shall then be sealed in an outer
envelope marked “Financial Document”.
8. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Birr 100,000.00 (One
Hundred Thousand Birr) in the form of CPO or Bank Guarantee.
9. A
pre-bid meeting shall be held at the premises of the New
International Passenger Terminal Parking Lot:

10. The
Services are expected to commence on: within 30 days after signing
of the contract.
11. Bids
will be opened in the presence of the bidder’s or their
representatives who intend choose to attend at Ethiopian Airports
Enterprise Head Office conference Hall on June 25, 2009 at 10:15
A.M.
12. The
Ethiopian Airports Enterprise reserves the right to reject any or
all bids.
