1. The
SNNP Water Resources Development Bureau, hereby invites qualified
and eligible Bidders licensed in water well drilling construction to
submit sealed bids for the construction and completion of the
following Water Well drilling projects in two separate lots:
Lot I:20
shallow wells drilling.
10
wells in Kembata & Tembaro zone
Damboya woreda
10 wells in Hadiya zone
Badewacho
woreda
Lot II: 20 shallow wells drilling in Sidama Zone
10 wells in Dara and 10 wells in
Bona
woredas
2. Bidding
is open to all bidders from eligible member countries as defined in
the SNNP Regional State’s Rules and Procedures for the procurement
of Goods and Works as well drilling construction having license
valid for the current year and registration certificate for VAT.
3. Qualification
requirement includes: 1/ Ownership and/or existing lease of relevant
experienced personnel as provided in the bidding document with other
additional details.
4. No
price adjustment will be allowed.
5. Electronic
bidding will not be permitted.
6. A
complete set of Bidding Document may be purchased by interested
bidders, upon submission of a written request application and
payment of a non-refundable fee of Eth. Birr 200.00 (Two Hundred
only), for one lot, from SNNP Regional Water Resources Development
Bureau, Room number 04, Tel. +251-462 20 24 69, P.O. Box 153, Fax. +
251-462 20 69 97, Hawassa City.
7. Bid
shall be accompanied by a bid security of not less than 1% of the
contract amount in the form of Cash Payment Order (CPO) or
equivalent Bank guarantee, and shall remain valid for 90 (Ninety)
days.
8. Bid
shall be delivered to SNNP Regional Water Resources Development
Bureau, Room number 04, Tel. +251-462 20 24 69, P.O. Box 153, on or
before the 15th day of this announcement before 11:30
A.M. and bid will be opened on the same date at 2:30 P.M. in the
attend. If the 15th date lies on a holiday, the bid will
be opened on the next working day. Late bids will be rejected.
9.
The SNNP Regional Water Resources
Development Bureau reserves the right to reject all or parts of the
bids.
