1. The
Bekelcha Transport S. Co. has funds within the Employer’s
budget to be used for the procurement of contractor’s for
Garage Building
Construction Works.
2. The
Bekelcha Transport S. Co. invites sealed bids from eligible
bidders of GB/BC class 4 & above.
3. Bidding
will be conducted in accordance with the open tendering procedures
contained in the Public Procurement Proclamation of the Federal
Government of Ethiopia and is open to all eligible bidders.
4.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information
from Construction Design Share Company and inspect the bidding
documents at the address 7(a) from 9:00 AM. To 16:30 P.M.
5. A
complete set of Bidding Document may be purchased as of Meiazia
28/2001 by interested eligible bidder on submission of WRITTEN
APPLICATION, MINISTRY OF WORKS AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT and VAT
REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE TRADE LICENSE & TAX CLEARANCE LETTER at
the address below at 7(b) and up on payment non-refundable fee of
Birr 639 (Six Hundred Thirty Nine).
6. Bids
must be delivered to the address below at 8(a) on or before 10:00
A.M. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security Birr 10:00 A.M.

payable on first demand. Bids will be opened in the presence of the
bidders/representatives who choose to attend at the address below at
8(b) 10:15 AM Binbot 28/2001.

a) Bids
must be delivered to: Ministry of Education Procurement & Property
Administration Department Room No. 101 on or before 10:00 AM. Ginbot 28/2001.
b) Address
of Bid Opening: Ministry of Education Procurement & Property
Administration Department Room No. 101 on 10:15 A.M. Ginbot 28/2001.
c) The
bidder shall seal the Original, Bid security and all copies of the
bid in five inner envelopes i.e. (Technical proposal, Financial
Offer and Bid security) and one outer envelope, duly marking the
inner envelopes as “ORIGINLA” and “COPY” both for “The Technical
proposal” and “Financial Offer” Copy documents should be photo copy
of the original bid document.
d) The
employer has the right to reject any or all bids.
Partial rebate, like fixed sum and
rebate on some items is not acceptable.
Bidders should fill all forms sing
and Seal the bid document properly.
Bidders should return the instruction
to bidder’s document upon sing and seal of the document.
