1. The
SNNPRG, Water Resource Development Bureau
hereby invites qualified and eligible
Bidders for class GC-6 or WWC-6 and above, to submit their sealed
bids for the construction and completion of the Konda Town Water
Supply Project, located in Kefa Zone Gewata Woreda.
2. Bidders
should present a business license valid for the current Ethiopian
year and registration certificate for VAT.
3. Qualification
requirement include: 1/0wnership and/or existing lease of relevant
equipment and machinery 2/experience in water works construction
3/availability of relevant experienced personnel as provided in the
bidding document with other additional details.
4. No
price adjustment will be allowed.
5. Electronic
bidding will not be opened.
6. Bidders
shall obtain bid documents upon payment of non-refundable Birr
200.00 for document from the Bureau, Room NO.5
7. Bid
should be accompanied by a bid security of not less than 1% of the
total bid amount of each bid in an acceptable form of Cash Payment
Order (CPO) or Bank Guarantee only, and bids shall remain valid and
open for acceptance for a period of 90 days after the date of bid
opening.
8. Bid
shall be submitted within 15 calendar days from the announcement, if
the 15th calendar day lies on Ethiopian holiday, the last
date of bid submission will be the next working day at 2:00 P.M. in the afternoon at Room No.5.
9. Bid
will be opened in the presence of bidders and/or their authorized
representatives at the last date of bid submission, at 2:30 P.M. in the Room No.5 of the Bureau.
10. The
Bureau reserves the right to reject all or parts of the bid.
