Re-Invitation to Consultancy Service
The Addis Ababa
Finance and Economic Development Bureau (BoFED) would like to invite
all interested consultancy firms for the study of revenue potential
of the city of Addis Ababa. Bidders intending to complete should
meet the following requirements.
1. Bidders
should have certificate of registration trade license, Tax Clearance
certificate, VAT registration document and relevant experience in
the study of revenue potential and related studies.
2. The
bid remains for seven consecutive working days, Bids will be opened
in the presence of bidders and/or their legal representatives who
wish to attend, day after the closing day at 10:00 A.M.
3. Bid
Documents must be accompanied by bid security of 2% of the total bid
price. They shall be delivered to the “Addis Ababa Finance and
Economic Development Bureau” in the form certified cheque /CPO/
issued by recognized Bank.
4. Bidders
should prepare their offer in wax-sealed envelope and sealed
envelope and must be deposited in the tender box prepared for this
purpose at BOFED’s 10th Floor during office hours for
seven consecutive working days after this advertisement posted.
5. The
bid document shall be obtained from Addis Ababa finance and Economic
Development Bureau’s 10th floor during office hours with
payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 100.00 (One Hundred only).

7. The
Addis Ababa Finance and Economic Development Bureau (BoFED) reserves
the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
