The Emergency
Relief Transport Enterprise (E.R.T.E.) invites qualified and
eligible bidders for the supply of Spare parts for its trucks.
1. Interested
bidder who have relevant renewed license for the current year, VAT
registration evidence and registration certificate from Ministry of
Finance and Economic Development for which they are registered on
the suppliers list to submit their proposal.
2. A
complete set of bid document can be purchased by interested bidder
from Enterprise Head office located at Kality in front of NOC Fuel
Station up on payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 200.00 (Two
Hundred Birr).
3. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security not less than 25 of total
bid offer in the form of CPO or Bank guarantee along with their
offer.
4. Bids
will be closed on July 1, 2009 at 4:00 P.M. and will open on
July 2, 2009 at 10:00 A.M. on the Enterprise Head office in the presence of bidder or their
representatives.
5. ERTE
reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
