1. Ethiopian
Civil Service College invites eligible bidders to participate in the
bid for supply of:
Lot 1:
Integrated Human Resource Management
System (HRMS) and Payroll System.
Lot 2:
Network installation for a new
building (trunks, nodes, wall mount racks, cables, etc.) and labor
(including trunk installation, labeling and cabling).

2. Eligible
suppliers/Agents could obtain tender documents by presenting-a copy
of their renewed licenses, VAT registration certificate and
registration certificate issued from the concerned authority against
payment of a non-refundable Birr 100.00 form Procurement, Finance
and Property Administration Support Business Process cited at
Ethiopian Civil Service College main compass which is located at CMC
road, Block Number 3, Floor Number 1, Room Number 004 during working
days (Monday to Friday) from 8:30 A.M.-5:00 P.M.
3. Bids
should be accompanied by a bid security of 2% in the form of
certified cheque, CPO or Bank Guarantee.
4. Bids
shall be delivered to the College main campus which is located at
CMC road, Block Number 2, Room Number A42 on or before May 26, 2009 at 2:30 P.M.
5. Bids
will be opened on May 26, 2009 at 2:30 P.M. in the presence of
bidders or their authorized representatives.
6. The
College reserves the right to reject part or all the bids.
