Institutions towards the cost of Health Sector Development Program (HSDP).
It is intended that part of the Proceeds of this budget will be
applied to eligible payments under the contract for the procurement
of Office Equipment for Health Institutions in Local Competitive
Bid.
2. The
Oromia Health Bureau now invites wax-sealed bids from eligible
bidders for the supply Office Equipment for Health Institutions.
3. Bidders
have the Option to bid for anyone or more type (s) of item (s). Bids
will be evaluated and contract(s) will be awarded for each item
taking into account discoutnts offered, if any, for combined Items
in determining the least evaluated bid of all items which will be
the bases for award of the contract(s).
4. Bidders
should have renewed trade license for the year 2001 E.C. Suppliers
list registration certificate from Ministry of Finance & Economic
Development, VAT, TIN registration certificate & other supporting
letter/s concerning whether they have paid the taxations for
Government and have to bring these requirement/s while purchasing
this tender document and when submitting their offer also.
5. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the
bidding documents at the office of procurement Service, Oromia
Health Bureau Room No.39, P.O. Box 24341, Kirkos Kifeleketema Kebele 19/34 around
Urael Church, Tel. 011-551 08 08 Ext.
228 or 011-553 01 71, Fax. 011-553 36 29, Finfinnee,
Ethiopia.
6. A
complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested
bidders on submission of a written application to the above
mentioned office and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr
50.00 (Birr Fifty Only).
7. Bids
must be delivered to office of procurement service on or before 3:00
P.M. in the afternoon on date 26/05/09 or 18/09/01 E.C and must be
accompanied by a security of no less than 1% of the Bid Amount in
the form of CPO or Bank Guarantee from a reputable bank.
8. Bids
will be opened in the presence of bidders’ or their representatives
(Those who have a written representative’s from their organization
to participate on the bid opening ceremony) who chose to attend at
3:30 P.M. in the afternoon on 18/09/01 E.C. or 26/05/09 at the
office of Procurement Service, Oromia Health Bureau, Room No.39
Finfinnee, Ethiopia.
9. The
Bureau reserves the right to reject or accept any or all bids.
