Sub: Lot II – Supply of Liquid Chlorine and Spare Parts
With reference to the above mentioned
Bid’s Lot II (Supply of Liquid Chlorine and Spare Parts), the
following additional information’s have been made part of the Bid
document.
1. In
additional to the prices indicated in the Schedule of prices,
Bidders should clearly quote
The price to collect the empty
Chlorine cylinders from Legadadi and Gerfersa store compounds and
transport them to Djibouti Port.
The price to transport the empty
Chlorine cylinders from Djibouti to port of the country where refill
takes place.
2. The
bid must be deposited in the tender box prepared for this purpose at
or before 10:00 a.m. local time on November 17, 2009/
3. The
bid will be opened in the presence of bidders and/or their official
representative who wish to attend on November 17, 2009 at 10:30 a.m.
local time.
All other terms and conditions of the
bid remain the same.
