1. The
Tender remain floating Nov. 16, 2009, until Dec. 07, 2009. Bid
documents can be obtained form ETC’s Microware center Room No. 211
during office hours form 8:30 A.M. -4:00 P.M. upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 30.00 /Thirty Birr/ for each
Tender. Bidders should submit their renewed original license & VAT
registration certificate with copies when they come to obtain the
bid documents.
2. Bidders
shall furnish as part of their bid, a bid security amount stated in
the table above.
3. The
bid bond must be in one of the following froms:
A. Cash
B. Certified
cheque (CPO) issued by a recognized Bank or
C. Bank
guarantee from recognized Bank.
4. Bidders
who wish to submit Bid Security in the form Cash are required to
deposit it ETC’s Microwave Center and produce the receipt during the
bid opening date.
5. Bidders
should prepare their offer in a wax-sealed envelope and deposit in
the box situated at ETC Head Office 1st floor Room No.110 Until Dec.
07, 2009 before 5:30 P.M.
6. Bid
will be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their
representatives at ETC’s Microwave Center room No. 001 on Dec. 08,
2009 as per the following schedule.

7. Partial
bid is allowed only for item No. 2,3, and 4.
