1. The
Amhara National Regional State Bureau of Finance and Economic
Development (ANRS BoFED) wishes:
A. To
train some of its staff members in “CISCO Networking Courses”
B.
To train some of its staff members in “Office Machine
Maintenance”
2. BoFED,
therefore, invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for
commissioning two different trainings that are indicated in category
(A) and (B) above.
3. Bidders
can present their bid offer for one or two of the trainings.
4. Interested
bidders with valid license and fulfilling government bidders’
obligations for the current Ethiopian budget year can obtain the
complete set of the bid document upon payment of a non-refundable
fee of Birr 20 (Twenty Birr) for each category within 10
consecutive calendar days starting from the date of this bid
announcement form BoFED, Bahir Dar, Room Number 217, or from the
Bureau’s branch office in Addis Ababa found around the old post
office, Tel. 011 156 52 96 or 0911 56 99 12 upon written
application.
5. All
bids must be accompanied by bid bond of not less than 1%of the total
bid price in the form of unconditional Bank Guarantee, CPO,
Certified Check issued from indigenous Ethiopian Bank as cash.
6. Duplicate
copies of bid offer with separate Technical Qualification Proposal
and Financial Proposal Documents in wax-sealed envelopes labeled as
original and copy for each category shall be placed in the bid box
or can be submitted in person to BoFED, Bahirdar, room number 229,
or to the bureau’s branch office in Addis Ababa found around the old
post office, Tel. 011 156 52 96 or 0911 56 99 12 with 10 consecutive
calendar days starting from the date of this bid announcement.
7. Bids
will be opened at 4:00 p.m. on the 13th calendar day
starting from the date of this bid announcement in the presence of
bidders or their authorized representatives (if they wish to attend)
at BoFED, Bahir Dar, second floor in Room Number 229.
8. BoFED
reserves the right to accept or reject part or all bids.
9. Bidders
may obtain further information from BoFED at the address given below
from Monday to Friday morning 8:30-12:30 a.m. and afternoon
1:30-5:30 p.m. through Tel. 058 220 02 15 or 058 220 04 02 or 058
220 07 92 or 0918 70 52 89.
10. Each
bid category includes the following documents.
