REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE VALID FOR THE YEAR 2009 (2002 E.C.)
1. The
Ethiopian Red Cross Society, EAST WOLLEGA ZONE BRANCH now invites
wax-sealed bids from eligible bidders for furnishing the necessary
labor, materials and equipment for the construction and completion
of a STORE BUILDING in NEKEMTE Town, Oromia National Regional State.
2. A
completes of bidding document may be purchased by any interested
eligible bidder upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 100 (One
Hundred Birr/ from:

3. Bidders
may obtain further information from ERCS, East Wollega Zone Branch,

Engineering Service, at Head Quarter, Tel. 251-11554 11 92, P.O. Box
195, Addis Ababa.
4. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Birr 3,000 (Three
Thousand), in an acceptable form (cash CPO or Bank Guarantee)
Prepared in the name of ‘ERCS, East Wollega Zone Branch’, and must
be submitted on or before 12:00 a.m. Nov. 24, 2009 to ERCS, Oromia
National Regional Brach Office, Addis Ababa.
5. Bids
will be opened and read in the presence of those bidders or their
authorized representatives who are willing to attend the ceremony at
2:00 p.m. on the same day at ERCS Oromia National Regional Branch,
Addis Ababa.
6. The
construction of the works shall be completed within a maximum of 90
(Ninety) calendar days starting from the commencement of the work.
7. Bidders
are required to visit the site and read the bidding document
thoroughly in order to fill all the necessary details requested in
the schedules.
8. The
Employer reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
