Invitation to Express Interest (EoI)
in Consultancy Services of Road Projects
(National Competitive Bidding)
The Federal Democratic Republic of
Ethiopia, Office of the Road Fund has allocated funds and intends to
apply part of the proceeds towards the cost of Consultancy Services
for Construction Supervision of the following Routine Term
Maintenance Road Project:

The Ethiopian Roads Authority now
invites suitably qualified bidders to submit sealed wax-sealed
expressions of interest (EOI) for the Services. Expression of
interest will be evaluated in accordance with the Public Procurement
Proclamation of the Government of the Federal Democratic Republic of
Ethiopia.
Participation is open to all national
eligible bidders.
Interested eligible bidders may
submit expressions of interest to Ethiopian Roads Authority, by
completing the required information on the Expression of Interest
Submission Forms. The Forms can be obtained from ERA main building,
Office of Engineering Service Procurement Branch, 1st
Floor, Room No. 108; free of charge.
Each Interested bidder shall submit
three copies of EOI document which shall at least contain the
following information;
Experience of road projects with
services type, pavement type, length in km and all other necessary
descriptions.
Annual consultancy services turnover
Permanent personnel related to the
service
Company establishment (Technical and
managerial organization of the firm, Brochures, Office, Vehicles,
Materials-Laboratory, Commuters, Software, Surveying Equipment and
Core business and year in the business), and;
Eligibility documents.
Each Interested bidders shall submit
one EOI in three copies for all services explicitly specifying for
which project(s) the firm is applying, in its submission letter and
shall include all the relevant experiences related to each service
the firm is applying.
Expressions of interest must be
delivered to the address below on or before November 27, 2009 at
4:30 p.m. Late submissions may be rejected.
N.B:
Bidders who would like to participate in association shall indicate the
form of association specifically.
