Konso Woreda IWRM Mini-Water Shade Study
WaterAid Ethiopia
Water Aid is UK based international
NGO which has been working in Ethiopian since 1983. It established
an office in Addis Ababa in 1991 and currently three sub-offices in
Benishangul, Oromia and SNNP Regions. WaterAid Ethiopian supports a
number of strong longstanding local NGO partners while also working
closely with local and national government as well as a wide range
of stakeholders in the water and sanitation sector.
Konso IWRM Mini-Water shade Study
Objective of the Assessment
To come up with identified feasible
activities of water resources management in Gelegele & Kolemele
Kebele, for sustaining the existing water supply system which is
motorized shallow well.
Tentative Schedule
1. Start
field work on 07 Dec. 2009
2. Draft
report should be submitted by 21 Dec. 2009
3. Include
comment on the draft report 29 Dec. 2009
4. Final
report document in hard and soft copy submitted by 08 Jan. 2010.
A bidding information and TOR may be
purchased upon presentation of renewed relevant license of
consultancy, registration card issued from, Ministry of Water
Resources, VAT registration certificate and Tax Identification
Number (TIN) together with WRITTEN APPLICATION to WaterAid office.

Bids must be delivered to the above
office on or before 23rd November 2009 at 10:00 a.m.
Bids will be opened in the presence
of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at 2:00
p.m. on 23rd November 2009 at the office of Water Aid.
WAE reserves the right to reject part
and/or all bids.
