Water Aid is UK based international
NGO which has been working in Ethiopia since 1983. It established an
office in Addis Ababa in 11991 and currently three sub-offices in
Benishangule of strong longstanding local NGO partners while also
working closely with local and national government as well as a wide
range of stakeholders in the water and sanitation sector.
Water Aid wants to develop “Business
plans for Menge Zuria and Undulu Zuria WASH Board Community Managed
Water Schemes.”
Purpose of the Study
The purpose of this study is to work
on the business plan of the two WASH Boards namely Menge Zuria and
Undulu Zuria Wash Boards with independent administrative staff
managining schmes in both small town water supply system and the
rural hand dug wells in benishangule Gumuz Region.
A bidding information and TOR may be
collected upon presentation of renewed relevant license,
registration card issued from, Ministry of Trade and Industry, VAT
registration certificate and Tax identification Number (TIN)
together with WRITTEN APPLICATION to Water Aid office.

at its office, off Debrezeit road, Telephone 0114 66 16 80, WASH
Department.
The consultant is expected to comment
on the TOR, show the approach he/she plans to take in carrying out
the proposed work, to provide a work plan with logistic requirements
and submit these by 30 Oct.
2009.
Bids must be delivered to the above
office on or before 23 rd November 2009 at 10:a.m.
Bids will be opened in the presence
of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at
3:00p.m. on 23rd
November 2009 at the
office of Water Aid.
WAE reserves the right to reject part and/or all bids.
