Water Works Design and Supervision Enterprise
1. The
Water Works Design and supervision Enterprise has funds within the
Employer’s budget to be used for the procurement of service for the
construction it Head Office Building and Associated
Service Facilities.
2. The
Water Works Design and Supervision Enterprise invites sealed bids
from all contractors of category GC/BC 1 with renewed license for
the year 2009 certificate of registration from Ministry of Work and
Urban Development and VAT registration certificate for the
construction of its Head Office Building and Associated Services
Facilities at its current premises in Bole Sub-city Kebele 08.
3. Bidding
will be conducted in accordance with the open national tendering
procedures contained in the Public Procurement Proclamation of the
Federal Government of Ethiopia and is open to all bidders from
eligible sources.
4. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from Water Works
Design and Supervision Enterprise and inspect the bidding documents
at the address given below during office hours Water works Design
and Supervision Enterprise Tel. 251-11 663 18 93, 251-11 663 18
95/251-111 61 45 01.
5. A
complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by
interested bidders at Work works Design Supervision Enterprise head
office Room Number 55 and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of
Ethiopia Birr 500 (five hundred) in cash.
6. Bids
must be delivered in one original and two copies of Technical and
Financial Proposals to the address below at or before December 16,
2009 at 10:00 a.m. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security to
Ethiopia Birr 100,000.00 (One Hundred Thousand).
Late bids shall be rejected. Bids
will be opened in the presence of the bidders/representatives who
choose to attend at Water Works Design and Supervision Enterprise
Conference Hall December 16, 2009 at 10:30 a.m. Water Works Design and Supervision Enterprise.
7. Water
Works Design and Supervision Enterprise reserves the right to reject
partly or all bids.
