1.      Oromia Mass Media Organization has secured a budget from the regional government of Oromia to be used for the procurement of works for construction of TV Station at South West Showa Zone, Wanchi Worada, at Location of Goro.

2.      Oromia Works and Urban Development Bureau (OWUDB) on behave of Oromia Mass Media Organization now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders who are interested and capable to allocate sufficient resource for the construction of TV Station to be constructed within 120 calendar days. Bidders shall have registered with Ministry of works and Urban Development and who have renewed their license for the year 2001 Ethiopian calendars and who have VAT and TIN registration certificate.

3.      Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open national tendering procedures contained in the public procurement proclamation of the national regional state of Oromia and is open to all eligible bidders.

4.      Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from OWUDB and inspect the bidding document at the address given below at No.9 during office hours.

5.      A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders at the address indicated below at No.9 and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 250 (Two Hundred Fifty) starting from Nov. 18/2009.

6.      Bid must be delivered to the address below at No.9 on or before, December 18/2009, at hours 2:30 P.M. and bid will be opened on the same day at 3:00 P.M. in the presence of the bidders/representatives who choose to attend.

7.      All bids must be accompanied by bid a security 1% of the bid amount in the form of certified payment order (CPO) or Bank guarantee established through authorized Bank in Ethiopia. Late bids shall be rejected.

8.      Oromia Works and Urban Development Bureau (OWUDB) reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.

9.      Address for further information, bid document purchase or inspection bid delivery and bid opening shall be at Oromia Works and Urban Devlelopment Bureau.
