Description

1.      The Addis Ababa Housing Development Project Office (AAHDPO) invites sealed bids from eligible biders of ELECTRICAL WORKS CONSULTING FIRMS with renewed license and tax registration for the year 2001 or 2002 E.C. and registered for Value Added Tax (VAT).

2.      The Service consists of MEDIUM AND LOW VOLTAGE EXTERNAL ELECTRICAL DESIGN for Six (6) Condominium sites; namely Jemo-II, Jemo-III Bole Summit, Bole Ayat-II, Lebu-II and Lebu-III. The sites are categorized into two packages.

Package A:- Jemo-II, Jemo-III, Lebu-II and Lebu-III
Package B:- Bole Summit, and Bole Ayat-II

3.      Interested bidders may purchase a complete set of bidding documents upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 50 from the address below.

4.      Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the AAHDPO 3^rd floor Room No. 628 or 629, at the Ethiopian Mapping Agency front building.

5.      All bids must be accompanied by a security of 1% of the bid amount in cash or CPO.

6.      All bids must be delivered to the AAHDPO 3^rd Floor Room No. 629 on or before December 3, 2009, 3:00 p.m.

7.      The offer should be valid for 90 days from the bid date

8.      Bids will be opened on December 3, 2009 at 3:30 p.m. in the presence of bidders or their representatives at AAHDPO Head Office.

9.      The Addis Ababa Housing Development Project Office reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of the bid.
